Do you shred my documents at a different location?
We are focused in solely providing all paper shredding services on-site with our mobile shred trucks. This eliminates all the risks associated with using an off-site shredding service.
Can you serve residential customers too?
Whether it is for business or residential customer, we don’t differentiate. We provide the same professional service we provide to our business customers.
Do I need to sort and remove paper clips or staples?
No. Our shredder is powerful enough to shred staples, paper clips and binder clips. You don’t have to prepare your confidential documents for our paper shredding service. However, we do remove 3 ring binders prior to loading the materials into the shredder.
Do you provide secure shredding services throughout Malaysia?
We predominantly operate in Klang Valley. However, we do serve customers throughout Semenanjung Malaysia, subject to availability of our truck schedule.
How long will it take for you to shred my documents?
Our state of the art mobile shredding trucks can shred up to 800 kilogrammes an hour so we can come in and out very quickly. We are very responsive to the needs of our customers. If you are tired of dealing with some of the shredding service providers, give us a chance! We will provide responsive, local, affordable service that is unrivalled by anyone else.
